Allison and Warren came up to the Cliffs Chapel to have their wedding, even though they live in Georgia! The sky threatened a bit, and there were huge puddles left from earlier storms, but the weather held off for a beautiful wedding. After a productive session on top of the cliff, the wedding party traveled to Cherokee Valley Country Club for their reception. The happy couple left to a sparkler exit to start their new life together!
Eileen and Johnathan were married high atop the Cliffs at Glassy. Her family came in from New York to see her wed at this beautiful venue. As the wedding started, it began to rain, but thankfully stopped in time for beautiful outdoor photos, including a shot of everyone in front of the chapel right after the wedding. Thankfully they lots of time for couple shots on the very top, overlooking the entire Upstate. An intimate reception was held at Cliffs at Glassy Clubhouse, right down the mountain from the Chapel. My favorite part of a wedding is the few minutes I get with the bride and groom alone, after the formals have been taken. It’s a time that the couple can relax and just be with each other in their first few minutes of being husband and wife. Eileen and Jonathan are so very much in love. It is easy to see it in their faces and in how they act that they belong together.
Brianne and John were married at Hampton Park Baptist Church on State Park Road in Greenville, SC. It was forecasted to storm that afternoon, so we got all the photography out of the way early downtown. We had John wait on the footbridge at Falls Park and had Brianne sneak up on him! We got some time with just them, then all of the wedding party, then we went back to the church to cool off. After a lovely wedding in the large chapel, the wedding couple had a reception on the other side of the church campus.
